If you require a refund for your bottles, as long as they are in good condition and returned within 2 weeks of purchasing, we offer free pick ups and a refund on your bottles. 

We do not offer refunds on solutions that have already been delivered, but if you wish to get your money back for prepaid refills we are able to do so.
